Principle

GWFA Type Cavitation Air Flotation is composed of bubble generator (aerator), skimmer and electronic cabinet. Through motor driving impeller at high speed to rotary cut air, the bubble generator (aerator) produces massive microbubble and scatters the tiny bubbles in sewage equably by the stainless steel impeller.

When the bubble generator (aerator) works, the motor drives impeller at high speed and negative pressure is formed in peripheral region. Then air above water surface is inhaled to the peripheral region(negative pressure area)of aerator through a pipeline. The air is cut into massive microbubbles by high speed rotating impeller again. And these bubbles, 30 to 100 microns in diameter, adhere to the surface of floc and float to the water surface together. Lastly these microbubbles and floc forms scum and is skimmed away.
